Dear Editor, The other day I came across a survey, which disclosed that college students remain unemployed after graduation due to various reasons. Among them 1/4 interviewees reported that there are no job opportunities available in college. 15% students said few training sessions were offered and another 15% held that they don’t have enough knowledge and skills for work and companies. The rest "blame" themselves for unemployment: they have little confidence, their skills are poor, they have no money and they have no idea about job-hunting... It’s high time to tackle with graduates’ unemployment. Both society and school leavers should adopt the right mindset. Employment mechanism should be adjusted to assist job-hunting: more job opportunities and training sessions should be offered by colleges and the government to fully prepare students for the job market. It would be easier for confident skillful youths to find ideal jobs. Meanwhile, college leavers are supposed to improve themselves as much as possible. Your prompt attention to my suggestions would be highly appreciated. Yours sincerely, XXX
