    (1)被保险人(Insured)
    被保险人，又称保险单的抬头人。采用托收方式支付时，应填写出口商；采用信用证方式支付时，应根据信用证的具体规定，填写受益人(卖方)的名称或凭受益人或特定方指示字样。本题中，被保险人栏填写信用证受益人名称。
    (2)保险金额(Total Amount Insured)
保险金额是指保险人承担赔偿或者给付保险金责任的最高限额(包括贸易方利润)，这是计收保险费的基础。保险金额按照合同和信用证上的要求填制，至少是货物的CIF或CIP价的110％。本题信用证中已经规定了按照发票金额加一成计算保险金额(for 110 PCT of the invoice value)，其中发票总金额是USD9000．00，所以本题中保险金额为9900．00美元(=9000．00×110％)。
    (3)日期(Date)
    本栏填制保险单的签发日期。由于保险公司提供仓至仓服务，所以保险手续应在货物离开出口商仓库前办理，保险单的签发日期应不早于货物离开仓库的日期和不晚于提单签发的日期。
