Mr. Speno is a charter member of the John Carroll Society of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. He is also a member of the advisory boards of the Dana and Albert Broccoli Center for Aortic Diseases and The Cardiovascular Institute, Heart Initiative, at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and is Fundraising Chairman for the Henry Ciccarone Center for the Prevention of Heart Disease at Johns Hopkins.
