答案 Plastic Surgery and Work Recent years have seen the rapid development and great popularity of plastic surgery in China. Especially some young girls choose to take plastic surgery, in hopes that a more attractive appearance will help them to find a good job. The benefits of plastic surgery are reported to be fantastic. After undergoing plastic surgery, some people find themselves physically younger, thinner and prettier, while others discover that they are more confident psychologically than before. However, despite the dramatic improvement in technology, risks and dangers of plastic surgery still exist. Firstly unsatisfactory aesthetic results may be disappointing or even devastating for some patients. Besides, some operations may result in infection, which can be dangerous and likely to ruin a cosmetic procedure. Worse yet’ the unluckiest may be left with persistent pain, or even nerve damage. From my perspective, it is not advisable for people to take plastic surgery. On the one hand, no cosmetic surgery is totally risk-free. On the other hand, a decent job has little to do with one’s appearance. What’s more, the surgery will be a high cost for the fresh graduates. In a word, there is no need for the young to suffer from the pain and the economic burden of plastic surgery.
