Weston Public Library is a mid-sized public library in Weston City. The Library is an independent school district library, governed by a board of Trustees and funded by state income and municipal general property taxes. In addition to its primary clientele, Weston Public Library serves residents of Watie County, particularly those in several western suburbs.
The main library has recently had expansions and remodelings to the original Jackson building and most of the parking spaces. The Weston Library provides free and ample parking space for visitors.
To ensure that only legitimate library researchers and visitors use the parking space, the parking space custodian will issue parking tickets to motorists who enter the area to park their vehicles. These parking tickets will be electronically stamped with the time of entry.
