Good evening, everyone. I’m Joe Hamlin, the director of the Bayview Fine Arts Council. On behalf of our mayor, I would like to welcome you to the Bayview Film Festival. Tonight’s feature is Judy Johnson’s Making Kites Fly, this year’s winner of the Best Documentary Award at the Aspen Film Festival.
