解析 商业信函常用的格式有三种：简化的现代格式、缩进排列格式以及综合格式。注意写作时遵循其中一种格式即可。商业信函由信头(包括写信人的公司名称、地址等信息)、信内地址(收信人姓名、地址)、写信日期、称呼、正文、结束用语(如Yours truly或Yours sincerely)以及落款七个部分。本文只要求包括称谓、写信日期和发信人的签名等基本格式。这里需要注意的是：

    3) We appreciate the good quality of your products, but unfortunately your price appears to be on the high side even of the quality. We regret that at these prices we cannot place an order. 我们很欣赏你方产品的质量，但十分遗憾的是虽然质量不错，但你方价格还是偏高了。很抱歉按此价格我们无法下订单。
    4) We feel that your quotation is not proper because the price for such material is on the decline at present.我们认为你方的报价不合适，因为该种材料的价格正在下跌。
    5) You could benefit from higher sale with a little concession, say a 2% reduction. 只要稍作让步，比方说降价2%，你就可以因为销量增加而获益。
