On the other hand, clearness is also crucial for a good resume. Some people are inclined to put as many things as possible in their resumes. The result is that their resumes are just in a mess. In order to evade such a situation, practical and efficient patterns should be adopted. In this way, candidates can give the employers a clear picture of both themselves and their career. Honesty is the third thing I want to mention. In daily lives people are expected to be honest and faithful. In terms of writing resumes, more importance is attached to that quality, because even if a person succeeded in the first round of the recruitment process by counterfeiting his resume, he would fail when finally facing the HR staff or the manager.
