问题     Following the warm reception of the English version of People’s Literature, a landmark magazine 【C1】______(record)contemporary Chinese literary life, its German version was launched in late November, 2015.     The magazine’s intention to promote Chinese writings abroad and its【C3】______(achieve) were praised at a forum in Beijing.
