He has won several awards for his innovative training and team design programs, and he currently acts as a consultant to several of the nation’s largest corporations. His first book, Coaching Your Staff, sold nearly 500,000 copies and was named "Year’s Best Business Book" in a readers’ survey. His previous book, fob Success Now, sold more than 750,000 copies, and sales of Doing Business in the 21st Century are expected to be even higher. All three works were released by Aberdeen Group, a specialty press focusing on business publications.
