[6] First and foremost, along with the progress of the economy, there’s an increasing demand for highly educated talents. [6] In addition, with the expansion of universities and colleges, employment competition is becoming aggravated day by day, and consequently driving the employees to improve themselves. Therefore, taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools is an [7] alternative for them. [8] Considering the above analysis, I think this trend can do something good to our economy, for it will enhance the young employees’ competition awareness.
