There is something positive in the homecoming tide. As is known to all, big cities teem with college graduates who can’t afford a house and have to live in a confined dormitory. They don’t have a sense of belonging at the present. [4] Nor do they entertain the slightest hope of buying a house of their own in a few years. Therefore, these people are always plagued by the housing problem. In addition, according to a recent online survey, 76 percent of white-collars working in metropolises suffer from [5] sub-health and nearly 60 percent are [6] overfaugued. The underlying reason for this phenomenon is [7] as clear as day: talents in first-tier cities vie with each other to [8] hold down their high-paying jobs, they [9] grind away at work and spare no time for leisure and entertainment. The salary growth rate in tier-two cities is higher than that in tier-one cities within the same period.
