Wang Fei: Well, I think one of the things our organization could do for these employees is to allow them relatively flexible working schedules, because like caring for a child, anything could happen while caring for an elderly parent. Sun Hao: You mean these employees could be forgiven if they are late for work when emergency occurs to their elderly parents? Wang Fei: Yeah. Wang Fei: Good idea. Let’s come to the second point. What benefit should the employees with elderly parents to care for not expect to get?
