I am writing about my recent stay at the Grainger Park Central Opal Hotel on January 20. However, when I checked my bank account after my stay, I realized I had been charged twice for my stay. I received the full 25% discount, but $260 has been deducted from my account rather than the $130 for the package I selected.
I would be grateful if you could look into this issue for me as soon as possible.
