For whom is the announcement intended?

Attention please. An American friend will come and visit our school on Wednesday afternoon. He’ll give us a talk about the college life in America. All the students and teachers should be at the hall at 3 o’clock. After the talk we can ask questions. He will show us some pictures about the college where he is teaching.
