Thus, a major factor of traffic accident will be diminished and our transportation environment will be safer. [9] AH in all, although the debate over whether it is necessary to make drunk driving a crime is still continuing, as for my point of view, I’m for it. I insist the penalties of drunk driving be enhanced so that there will be less tragedies caused by car accidents.
