The interview — about 2 minutes
In this part the interlocutor asks questions to each of the candidates in turn. You have to give information about yourself and express personal opinions.
1. Why do you think it often happens that salespersons are rude to the customers?
2. Do you think this is a common problem? Can you give me some other examples?
3. Why do you think it happens?
4. what do you think can be done about it?
1. Well, I think it’s mainly because that they do not feel it affects their life that much whether the customers are happy or not. For them, they just want the customer to hurry up and buy, and if the customers do not want to buy then they should hurry up and leave the store.
2. Yes, I think it is quite common in many places like restaurant, and grocery stores.
3. I think the main problem is that they are often paid very low and often do not really want to remain in this kind of job anyways. They are also sometimes overworked.
4. Perhaps some kind of commission system might help, or better training could solve it. In general employers must be more aware of the need to train their employees, and be willing to pay them more if necessary to get the quality they want.
