Lindbergh was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1902, but he grew up in Little Falls, Minnesota. On May 20, 1927, Charles Lindbergh took off from Roosevelt Field in New York City and arrived the next day at an airstrip(简易机场) outside Paris.
