Then how can we make a difference to the problem of junk messages? Firstly, telecom companies should strengthen its supervision, forbidding their clients from sending junk messages. Secondly, severe punishment rules should be made to punish those who send junk messages. It is time to regulate the mobile phone market. With joint efforts, this disturbing phenomenon can be avoided in the end.
