Why is the woman making a call?

W: Good afternoon, this is Linda Mitchell from King Bakery. I’d like to speak to someone about a late bread delivery.
M: Ms. Mitchell, we apologize for not making your delivery this morning. One of our trucks was stolen last night.
W: I’m sorry to hear that. I managed to call another supplier for today’s bread order. Do you think everything will be back to normal tomorrow?
M: Without a doubt. We’ve rented another truck and will be using that until we know what happened.
