Hello, Donna. As you had requested, we did some research and found out some valuable information regarding the quality complaints you mentioned. To start off, I had my associates make follow-up calls to customers who had recently purchased the Runabout R12 boots. They told me that most of the customers’ complaints concern the light weight of the boots. Many customers said that the material seemed shoddy, and that the soles were rather thin. Perhaps you and your co-workers in product design can thicken the soles, or find another easy way to solve this problem.
In regards to the Funfit X20, I did my own market surveys and found out something interesting. Customers think the photos of the boots on our Web-shop make them appear to be a much brighter shade of blue than they actually are. Perhaps we should look into modifying some of site’s illustrations.
There is some good news, however. The complaints involve only those two lines. Customers generally are very satisfied with the price and design of our boots, and many are eagerly anticipating our March release of the London-style tall ladies’ boots.
