答案
University Students’ Physical Health It is no doubt that university students need to maintain good physical health to guarantee their adequate dedication to study. However, the real condition worries us that the lifestyle of university students is far from satisfactory. Bad lifestyles have led to the deterioration of their health. Confronted with the problem, I analyze some reasons for this. First and foremost, they don’t follow the principle of "getting up early and going to bed early". Instead, they stay up all night and sleep during daytime. Many students are obsessed with online games and TV entertainment show, on which they spend a lot of time in the night. Besides, they have bad eating habits, for them nutritious meals have been replaced by junk food and fast food. Moreover, it is sports that really build a strong physical body, but they are absent from students’ lifestyles. Most of them seldom participate in sports. To conclude, all students should realize the importance of possessing good physical health. To keep in good physical health, students should develop a good sleep schedule, a healthy eating habit and take exercise regularly to form a wholesome lifestyle.
