答案 A Reply to a Birthday Invitation Dear Helen Happy Birthday to You! I got the invitation to your birthday party yesterday morning when I was working on a report in my office. Though I was expecting your invitation, it still came to me as a surprise. How time flies! The memory of your last year’s birthday party is still as fresh as our friendship. I tried hard to rearrange my schedule for next week, but I am sorry to tell you that I will not be able to be present on your birthday. My manager and I have scheduled a business visit to Australia next week and there is not any possibility of canceling it. I will go to see you when I am back with a birthday present from, abroad.
