答案 The table shows that online shoppers were becoming more and more active in defending their rights. To be specific, in 2009 only 40％ of the online customers would file a complaint when their rights were violated and only 13％ of them would take substantial actions. However, in 2013, the numbers have jumped to 87％ and 55％ respectively, which is delightful indeed! Two main reasons for the cheerful changes may be listed as follows. First, thanks to the annual campaigns intended to educate people about their consumer rights on March 15th, buyers today know much better how to exercise or protect their rights. Second, much effort has been made by the government to protect the rights and interests of consumers, such as the implementation of the new consumer protection laws. As a consumer myself, I think it is important that there are consumer protection laws protecting us. More importantly, we i consumers must stand up for our rights when they are being invaded.
