Big City or Small Town
选项
答案
Big City or Small Town Every graduate faces the choice of whether to be a small fish in a big pond or a big fish in a small pond. Plenty of college graduates prefer to stay in big cities as they believe big cities can do great good to their future development. Big cities provide them with more opportunities.better living conditions, more entertainment facilities, and higher salary, etc. Others prefer to work in small towns, assuming that there are still some advantages of working there. First, they can lead a quieter and less competitive life, enjoy lower living expenses, and may win earlier promotion. Additionally, they could be closer to nature which is relatively less polluted. For my part, I prefer to start in small towns, and there are numerous reasons for my choice. First, our country needs us to serve the people there, especially those in remote areas. Next, small towns could bless me with a peaceful life and help me get rid of the hustle and bustle of big cites. In a word, what counts is not where to work, but how to live.
