Last but not least, senior employees have worked for the company for a long time. If they are guaranteed with a respectable amount of healthcare benefits and retirement benefits, they will become the most loyal group for a company. Employees’ loyalty is of great importance to the sustainable development of a certain company. According to the various demands of different employees, it is wise for companies to flexibly adjust the benefits and meet the needs of employees.
