Where has the interviewee worked?

Thank you for having me here for this interview today. I’ve been employed in the warehouse and distribution business for over 9 years. In my first position, I worked for Nordon, a company that made and sold machine parts. We had a wide variety of customers that we shipped to, including some of the country’s largest car companies. I was responsible for packing and mailing orders. Within 2 years I was promoted to assistant warehouse manager. This was an important promotion for me because I now had a small group of employees to supervise. There were often personal problems with staff and conflicts with deadlines, but I handled them successfully, and learned from them. This is why I believe I am the right person for this job.
