答案　　From my point of view, I think two qualities make a good teacher. First, a good teacher should be the expert in his or her field. I’m not saying he or she needs to be Einstein to teach physics, or be Shakespeare to teach literature. But he or she should master the overall knowledge of the subject and be able to teach in a simple and comprehensible way. Second, a good teacher should have a good personality. There’s a saying, "Example is better than precept." Students are easily influenced by their teachers’ words, behaviour and attitude. So, a good teacher should set a good example for his or her students in classroom and in life.
