Man: It’s the printers here . . . I’m sorry your brochures are late, we’ve had some problems.
Woman: Not your new machinery?
Man: Something else this time . . . some of our drivers have been ill this week. We’ve sent your order by post - we thought it would be quicker, as we’ve only got a few delivery vans going out.
Woman: OK, thanks.
