According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the most common way to be infected is by walking【C7】______on contaminated soil. More than half a billion people across the world are infected with the parasites, which were once【C8】______in the United States, the CDC says. Parasitic worms "account for a major burden of disease worldwide."
