What is this announcement about?

The Peruvian earthquake has devastated many lives and ruined the hopes and dreams of many families. What can you do to help rebuild these shattered lives? In response to this terrible disaster, the Bank of the People has decided to help collect donations of money and goods. For every dollar collected from the public, we will add an extra 25 cents. All of the donations will be passed on directly to where they are needed most. We promise that none of the money will be wasted on administration. We are working hand in hand with the aid agencies and Peruvian government to make sure that electricity and water services are restored as soon as possible. You can donate at any branch of the Bank of the People.
