    两个同名同姓的人同时在一家医院进行体检，一位被查出患有癌症，而另一位则身体健康。由于医院工作人员的疏忽，两人的检查结果被颠倒了。身体健康的人拿到了患有癌症的检查结果，心情极为低落，并且一直瞒着不告诉家里人，结果积郁成疾，一年以后真的因为癌症去世了。而拿到了健康检查结果的人则心情开朗，生活积极，后来病情竟然自愈了。我们不仅要问：难道仅仅是一个小小的疏忽导致了这样的结果吗?

答案 The Attitude to Life A story goes that two persons with exactly same name once went to have a physical checkup in a hospital. Due to the carelessness of the doctor, the results were exchanged between the two. One of them, who was actually healthy, was told to be suffering from cancer, while the other, who was the actual cancer sufferer, was told to be healthy. Unfortunately, the former firmly believed in the result and concealed the news from his family. A year later, he died of real cancer. The latter, however, lived happily and got rid of cancer. The story might not be true, but it conveys a profound message: one’ s attitude to life determine to a great extent his or her fate. Smile to life, and life will do the same to you; cry to life, and life will make you cry harder. With a light and easy heart, things will seem less difficult and the world less cold; with a heavy and depressed heart, small troubles can become great barriers. Basically, I am a positive person. But there are occasions when I acted like the poor patient. I think I will, from now on, keep in mind that life is the most precious thing in the world and that every other thing should be made smaller.
