    我行已收到你行8584号信用证，其中包含如下条款：“本信用证有效期8月8日，在香港议付。”
    鉴于受益人居住在中国北京市，按信用证规定，我行有权向伦敦海外部城市银行索汇。我们认为议付地点应在中国内陆，而不是在“中国香港”。因此我行已冒昧代为更正，同时将该信用证通知受益人。
