What will listeners hear about first?

Thank you all for coming to Rosewood Corporation’s monthly board meeting. This morning we are going to hear updates on current building projects from two of our team leaders. After that, Lou Barry will discuss plans for upcoming constructions. Also, the last time we met I encouraged everyone to think of some ideas for getting our company more involved in the community. So, I’d like to hear your suggestions for events or outreach programs we can be involved in. Also, next month will be our staff awards dinner and I’d like to find out which of you will be attending. l am going to pass around a form for you to confirm attendance and indicate how many people will be in your party. OK, first on our agenda is a report from team manager Sue Ling who will update us on the Berlin Towers project.
