To begin with, for senders, they can save a great amount of advertising money by sending spam messages to cell phone users. What’s more, for those in charge of personal information of cell phone users, some of them can not resist the temptation to make profits simply by disclosing information to those advertisers. Serious as the problem seems, we can take effective measures to deal with it. The government should make laws to punish both the senders and those who disclose information, and the media should call on people to resist such kind of immoral deeds.
