答案 Relieving Stress Stress is an inevitable part in our life. Many kinds of big events, such as natural disasters, wars and death, can cause great stress. On a day-to-day basis, some people may be faced with stress, resulting from trivial things: taking an exam, waiting in a line, and having too many things to do within a limited time. I’ m always under pressure, too. For me, stress in life mainly comes from communication. I’ m good at every subject, but it’ s hard for me to get on well with my classmates. I even hardly communicate with my parents. I really feel tired sometimes. As far as I am concerned, when stress does occur, it is important to recognize it and deal with it rather than escape from it. My usual way to relieve stress would be practicing yoga, which helps me relax and it is good in keeping a very peaceful mind. However, I strongly oppose the negative ways such as taking sleeping pills, drinking heavily and fighting.
