Both praise and criticism from students are timely feedback on teachers’ work, according to which teachers can make active adjustments of teaching. In the second place, allowing students to assess the teaching performance can not only cultivate their critical thinking skills but also improve their independent expression abilities. Last but not least, evaluation from students can promote mutual understanding between teachers and students, which is conducive to establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
