Man: Yes. How can I help?
Woman: There’re a few of points in your quote I’d like to go over with you. You’ve come very close to our target price for the computers.
Man: Good.
Woman: However, I think we need to take a closer look at some areas related.
Man: Yes?
Woman: Printers, for example. Your price is much higher than we had in mind.
Man: There’s actually not much of a margin on printers, and we can only really go so far on that.
Woman: Well, could you perhaps make us a few concessions on the training part?
Man: What did you have in mind?
Woman: Well, perhaps the three-day training period for the new word processing package could be extended to include an extra two days for work on graphics.
Man: Well it is actually quite a substantial cost to us.
Woman: What if those two days extra were at your office rather than ours?
