Dear Mr. Rogers,
I am writing to invite you to attend our annual Sullivan Business Forum on Thursday, May 20th. Many of the business owners around the nation will participate in the sessions. As a new member, it will be a good opportunity for you to be introduced to one another. I am sure it will be very rewarding, and moreover many useful contacts can be made among the members. The cost of the flight, rental car and hotel room will be paid in advance by BLS,Inc.
Attached, you will find the schedule with the names of the guest speakers invited to the Forum. As you see on the schedule, many prominent guest speakers will be giving a valuable speech. However, please note that the guest speaker, Kerry Baker, cannot make it to the workshop due to unexpected personal matters. In her place, Victoria Collins will give a talk about recent trends on telecommunications industry. The final version of the schedule will be sent to you this Friday at the latest.
