M: Hi, I’m with Rapidcat Shipping. I’m supposed to deliver a package to your studio, but I seem to be lost. I’m on Irving Avenue now, so how do I get there from here?
W: Oh, people often get lost coming here, but you’re actually quite close to the studio. From Irving, turn right on Newton Boulevard and head north until you reach the railroad junction. Then, take the second left at Arbuckle Street, and our office will be on your right.
M: Thanks very much. l think I see Newton Boulevard just ahead. I’ll be there in a few minutes.
