Secondly, free libraries are helpful to those who are not accessible to the Internet. They can go to these libraries to search for the information they need, without worrying about how much they’ll have to pay for getting the information. In conclusion, free libraries in each town are a helpful tool to spread knowledge and increase local people’s interest for reading.
