答案Dear Editor, I am a college student from Fudan University and a regular reader of your prestigious newspaper. I am writing to confide to you my unhappy experience last week. On April 12, 2010, I went to buy an English-Chinese dictionary at Zhongshan branch of Xinhua Bookstore yesterday. When I got home, I found that a few pages of the dictionary were missing. So I went back to the bookstore and asked for an exchange. The shop assistant was impatient when I showed her the dictionary and asked her to exchange it for a good one. She argued that it was my own responsibility and none of their business. My request for a new copy was rudely refused. As a result, I had to go back in disappointment with the original one. I am writing to you about the whole thing to call for better quality of service in Shanghai. As we know, the government is now attaching great importance to the development of the service industry. The customers should be supplied not only with high quality goods but also with good and all-round service. People working in this line should bear in mind that "King Customer Rules". Only if the customers are satisfied with the service they receive can the service industry prosper and generate more revenues in the future. I look forward to your opinion on this matter.
