答案 15th October Dear Manager, I’m sorry to inform you that because I have caught a bad cold I have to lie in bed. I went to see the doctor yesterday. The doctor suggested that I should have a good rest. So I’d like to apply for five days leave ,starting from the 15th and finishing on the 20th, in order to recover as soon as possible.
