答案 In this competitive world, the rhythm of work and life has become much quicker. People have to work very hard in order to gain achievements. Therefore more and more people are suffering from a sense of frustration because they cannot relieve the heavier and heavier pressure from work and life. Some people choose drinking or gambling, which cannot relieve their pressure but bring about some new troubles. Then what should we do to alleviate our pressure? Personally I think following a hobby is the right remedy for pressure. A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise flowers, keep pets, or do shopping. They also paint pictures, perform on musical instruments or participate in sports. In addition, they collect everything from stamps to stones, from coins to shells. People follow hobbies because they can offer enjoyment, knowledge and friendship. Hobbies help people rest well after hard work, and provide a balance between work and play. When we are indulged in our hobbies, we might forget the competition, challenge or difficulties we are faced with at work and thus, relax ourselves both mentally and physically. No wonder that psychological experts have suggested that, for modern people, taking a hobby be a good cure to pressure. I have a hobby of listening to music. When I feel tired of work, I always turn to music. The sweet melody of music lets me forget all earthly affairs and even fly freely with it. After such relaxation, I feel refreshed again and continue any work with more efficiency. I quite agree to the saying that no man is really happy without a hobby. So next time when you get frustrated, turn to your hobby and enjoy yourself.
