W: Well, I know of a four-bedroom house in the suburbs.  It’s got a garden and a garage.
M: That sounds good.  Is there shopping nearby?
W: I think so, but I’m not sure.
M: Would it be very far from our company?
W: About 20 minutes’ drive.  Another important point is, there are a lot of trees around the house and the air is always fresh.  By the way, it is much cheaper than that in the city center.
M: That’s very nice.  I’ll talk it over with my wife.
