When they reached the man, they pulled him into the boat. At first he was so tired that he could not speak! Then he said, "Thank you for saving my life. My boat hit a rock and sank. My wife and I were trying to swim to the shore. I don’t know where she is now. Have you seen her?
Mr. Green and the children stood up and looked all around. Then Rose said "There she is! I can see her on that little island. She’s waving. She must be all right."
