Five colleges (学院)—the College of Arts, the College of Commerce, the College of Education, the College of Health Studies, and the College of Science & Agriculture— offer courses from undergraduate to doctoral levels. The University is named in honor of the great explorer Captain Charles Strut and is more than 100 years old.
