答案 Nowadays reports can be heard that some people use fake diplomas in their job hunting. Undoubtedly, this phenomenon has aroused enormous concerns. People start to look into its causes and finally find out two main factors that result in the use of fake diplomas. The first one is that many employers are too obsessed with diplomas. To be more specific, they tend to believe more in the diplomas job seekers hold rather than these people’s actual abilities and skills. In their eyes, diplomas decide everything, which makes people believe that a person with a diploma granted by a top university has more advantages over those who are without such diplomas. The other factor can be found in job hunters who use fake diplomas. These people usually didn’t receive higher education. They tend to hold fluke mind and think that a fake diploma will assure them of ideal jobs without being caught. However, diplomas don’t mean everything. What matters most is the comprehensive quality and practical abilities of an employee. In order to address this issue, I think society should have a more proper recognition of diplomas. Besides, efforts should be made to improve people’s integrity in job hunting.
