I was not more than thirteen years old at the time, (31), but I remember the moment as if it (32) yesterday. Every night when I emptied my pockets and placed their contents on my bedside table, the coin (41) its appearance. Sometimes, it would play hide and seek with me and make me dig deeply into my pockets.
