When was the training originally scheduled?

W: Daniel, shouldn’t we have our computer training done earlier? We will be busy with meetings and events soon.
M: It’s planned for late January, but we can reschedule it since we can finish the project as early as November.
W: Then let’s move it up to December. That would help make the other meetings less congested.
